...with music!
I used to play the piano when I was sad or upset...the tones calmed me...always. Don´t know why I gave up with this habit! I think I have to revive it, it´s a good way to change those negative energies into good music.
Second one of my Piano shots...

What an amazing shot-very expressive. the being almost completely rid of clothing shows how lose you are to your instrument, and your pose is full of emotion....
